You will:Provide daily, monthly and, ad-hoc Performance and Attribution measurement to Investment and Distribution Teams, and for Investment Oversight with a focus on Credit & Fixed Income, and Multi Asset.Generate meaningful insights from portfolio analysis, market data and industry information and package these insights for communication to Investment and Distribution teams and Oversight committees within the business.Build dashboards and reporting formats to meet the above objectives.Build and maintain an efficient framework for generating and validating accuracy of attribution and investment analytics to support the growth of Perpetual's investment business.Develop a strong, positive culture within the team focused on teamwork, collaboration, curiosity and growth.Engage with stakeholders to ensure the team is exceeding expectations.Work with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to ensure all inputs to our services are aligned to allow the team to best meet its objectives.About youUndergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics or related field.At least 5 years' experience within Performance, Analytics or related roles in funds management, superannuation or banking.Previous experience in Fixed Income OR Multi Asset Attribution is essential.Excellent analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills essential.Experience working closely and building relationships with investment teams.People Management experience highly regarded.Experience as a functional stream lead of projects an advantage.Sound organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to set and work to priorities and deadlines.Highly articulate in written and verbal communication.Strong desire to "roll sleeves up" and work as part of a small team for the 'greater good' of the company; showing flexibility and a shared desire to achieve results.How we workOur unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients; the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.Employee benefitsWork from anywhere in Australia for up to one month each year.An annual allowance to empower you to prioritise your personal wellbeing.Access to LinkedIn learning, study support and commitment to supporting professional development.Diversity and inclusionWGEA Employer of Choice for gender equality since 2018.
