Key Responsibilities of this Role: Manage the RILIPO, Infrastructure Coordination Program, shaping organisational culture, striving to achieve outcomes for Indigenous communities and meet DTATSIPCA strategic priorities.
Possess high-level project management skills and ensure the delivery of projects in an environment of competing demands, short timeframes, and limited resources.
Provide leadership and direction to staff supporting individuals and team commitment to a culture of client service and the achievement of the goals of DTATSIPCA.
Liaise with RILIPO programs and relevant stakeholders to coordinate and gather information, providing advice and monitoring project progress.
Drive and lead initiatives effectively.
