Manager In Training/Assistant Manager

Domino's Manager In Training/Assistant Manager positions available in the Gladstone area.
Must have previous fast food / hospitality experience or retail management experience. Overseas applicants will NOT be considered.
Domino's managers must be people-oriented first.
You must be a coach and willing to build a team around you to achieve the results that the business and owners desire.
You must be able to recruit and train a diverse team and work with many different types of people.
You should be positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trusting, focused, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, observant, respectful, patient, and a clear communicator.
Proven results as a coach will be highly regarded.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store.
Manager responsibilities also include:
