You will provide coaching and professional support to team members. Using your technical expertise, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assist with workflow managementReview of junior and intermediate team members workPreparation of scoping and job budgetsEnsure client work is completed within time allocation and job budgetsAchieve individual and team monthly billings targetsManage a comprehensive portfolio of clientsEnsure integrity of ATO lodgement programDevelop a focus of "Value Add Services" & "Cross Selling Services" within the teamProvide support and training for junior AccountantsPreparation of client reports including:Financial statementsCash flow projections and budget forecastsStandard working papersPreparation of tax returns for all types of entitiesExcellent client-facing skills, written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with high professional standards and personal integrity. Public Practice experience is essential.
