You will have solid experience in workplace, industrial and employee relations in a unionised workforce, underpinned by a commitment to business and continuous improvement processes.Leading a committed team and as a trusted advisor across the organisation, you bring demonstrated experience in critical thinking, providing HR advice across the employee lifecycle including performance management, workforce conflict, employee grievances, leader education, implementation of HR policy and procedures, recruitment, work health safety, workforce planning and reporting, and industrial and employee relations.
