Contribute to HROA intellectual capital, methodologies, and approaches. Conduct research on emerging workforce and HR trends and issues to frame business development activities and thought-leadership pieces. Maintain an awareness of workforce legislation, regulation, and trends and a focus on your own professional development. Requirements: A relevant tertiary qualification in business, HR, psychology, or a related field. Experience working on HR transformation or HRIS implementation projects with a demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and teams. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships and professional networks both internally and externally. A desire to coach, mentor, and invest in the development of others. Most importantly, act with integrity and show care for the people you work with. If you love challenges, solving problems, helping clients succeed, and have the ambition to develop your career in a meaningful way, we encourage you to apply. In return, the benefits we offer include:
Clearly articulated career path and opportunities for growth. Learn and grow with our internal Academy and study support. Strong mentors, meaningful work, and plenty of networking opportunities.
