The Manager HR Business Partnering is responsible for leading, guiding and operationally managing the overall performance of the generalist Human Resource Business Partnering team and its service delivery.
In this role you will work with the team, the Director HR Services and other leadership colleagues to ensure the HR business partnering model is affected by the People and Culture function for a well-integrated and contemporary service delivery, balancing the emergent issues with identifying and executing planned initiatives across the health service.
This will require you to lead and work closely with the HR Business Partners to ensure workplace investigations, employee grievances and conduct and performance matters are managed in an effective and timely manner.

Position: Manager HR Business Partnering
Vacancy: Permanent Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight
Location: HR Services, People, Strategy and Governance, Townsville

Remuneration package of up to $166,569 p.a.
Salary range: $136,035 to $145,990 p.a.

Lead and develop a high-performing HR Business Partnering team to deliver strategic, data-driven HR initiatives, interventions and solutions that align with organisational goals, foster strong business relationships, and proactively address workforce challenges.
Focus on strategic partnership and scalable solutions to support THHS leaders, empowering leaders and minimising where possible the high-volume one-on-one issue resolution matters.
Leverage data and analytics to provide leaders with actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving efforts, and strategic workforce planning.
Role requirements
Tertiary qualification in a human resource management, industrial relations or related field is highly desirable.
A relevant master's qualification is considered highly desirable.
Professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute is desirable.
Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
