Job Description About the role The Manager will lead the integration of the Family Wellbeing Team and its services into clear pathways of coordinated support delivered by other ATSICHS programs and services, including: primary health care, specialist mums and bubs services, kindergarten, mental health/ATODS treatment, youth support, and dental and allied health services.
Duties Lead and meet program performance as per monthly and quarterly dashboard system. Lead the implementation of staff supports that maintain adherence to the program Model of Care, Human Service Practice Framework, and enhancing staff role clarity. Lead the implementation of management operational processes and non-negotiable tasks. Lead the development of a responsive client 'customer service' culture in the team. Lead high-level risk management in statutory child protection cases and lead the engagement with external partners as appropriate. Starting Salary of $113,000 per annum (depending on qualification and experience) + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay). Desired Skills and Experience COVID-19 Requirement Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid -19 vaccine is encouraged. Required Bachelor qualification in Social Work/Human Services/Psychology/Sociology/Criminology/Counselling or relevant field and/or five (5) years' experience in relevant human service field e.g. Child Protection, Family Support, Youth Support, Youth Justice, Disability, Housing, Domestic Violence. Minimum three (3) years' experience in a practitioner or front line position in similar field. Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience in managing a team in a Team Leader, Team Coordinator, Manager or similar role and/or in an acting role. Ability to work in a performance driven environment and meet month-to-month program targets. Requirement to travel across Brisbane and Logan and work at multiple locations. Demonstrated experience in overseeing and coordinating case management processes and procedures. Ability to lead, guide and manage people including the implementation of cultural change and change management opportunities. Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model to further improve the service model and practice application of front-line staff. Demonstrated ability to meet targets/performance outcomes. Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills. Ability to utilise participative management practices and adopt a supportive, stimulating management style to achieve real and tangible quality outcomes for clients. A willingness to travel across the ATSICHS Brisbane and Logan region of services and work across different sites. Working with Children's Card (Blue Card).
