Other (Information & Communication Technology)Government - State (Government & Defence)As Manager (Digital Capability), you will provide digital leadership and advocate for the empowerment of customers to identify opportunities for learning and digital capability uplift within the department.You will be responsible for meeting current operational requirements as well as steering the development of future digital capabilities, educating and empowering customers to adopt digital ways of working and digital mindsets. This role is pivotal to the operational success and future growth of our department's digital landscape.Accountabilities include:Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive digital capability learning programs, aligning with our Digital Capability Framework to drive continuous enhancement throughout the department.Providing strategic direction and advice while fostering the adoption of digital capabilities, methodologies, and tools to meet our business needs and champion digital innovation.Manage the TMR Digital Capability Development Partnership Agreement, overseeing relationships with an extensive network of suppliers while preparing for the next phase of our digital journey.Build and nurture a dynamic and collaborative network of stakeholders across various government levels and external partners, adeptly navigating an evolving landscape of change.Cultivate a culture of self-motivation and autonomy within the team, guiding and inspiring others to assume responsibility for the outstanding delivery and quality of digital outcomes.Seeking out new models and developments that may inform the team's approach, while providing individualised support and consultation to support any potential change processes.This position reports to the Director (Digital Capability) and has 2 direct reports.With a proven track record in digital leadership and a deep understanding of current digital capabilities and methodologies, you will lead TMR's digital mindset shift.
