We are seeking an experienced Manager Construction and Plumbing to lead the delivery of our programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and industry relevance.
This role will allow you to shape the future of education in the construction and plumbing sectors while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
As the successful candidate you will have: Proven leadership experience in managing multi-disciplined teams focused on student outcomes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record in successful negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
Expertise in resource management and regulatory compliance within the education sector.
A demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results in education delivery.
Vocational expertise in construction and plumbing, supported by relevant educational qualifications and licenses.
A relevant tertiary qualification in an Education and/or Business-related field, along with senior-level leadership and management experience in education delivery.
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide: A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date) A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application) A current Driver's Licence (Car).
