About you This pivotal role will support Council to deliver its goals and outcomes as defined through the Council Plan, relevant strategies, policies, and plans. To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in effective leadership of a large, geographically dispersed department, including demonstrated ability to hire, develop, retain and manage staff in accordance with organisational values and objectives.
