Permanent Full Time Attractive Total Remuneration Package - To be negotiated with successful applicant (inclusive of negotiable full private car use) Position No: 6360 About the role The Manager Community Services is responsible for leading and managing a dynamic and diverse team, providing strategic and operational leadership, direction and advice to community initiatives that enhance the welfare of the shire's residents.
About you This pivotal role will support Council to deliver its goals and outcomes as defined through the Council Plan, relevant strategies, policies, and plans. To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in effective leadership of a large, geographically dispersed department, including demonstrated ability to hire, develop, retain and manage staff in accordance with organisational values and objectives.
