This position is located in: Ballarat Close date: Mon, 14 Oct 2024 at 11:59pm Join Cafs Leadership Team Full Time- Ongoing Ballarat Location Attractive remuneration package of $150,000 (Inc $133k Base + 11.5% Super and $15k Sal Pac benefits) Our opportunity We are looking for a contemporary leader to join our diverse organisation, leading our Client Engagement & Community teams.
This unique opportunity provides an experienced leader the ability to make their mark across a team of committed and professional teams in intake services, gamblers help, financial counselling and housing and homelessness.
We have a strong mix across our teams of experienced and dedicated professionals, ably led by a group of team leaders.
We are now looking for a leader to support in getting our teams to that next level, to drive high performance and growth across the team.
This role will have a nice mix of both strategic and operational leadership and will play an important role within Cafs Leadership team and Client Outcomes Leadership team and will influence and support strategic business activities and initiatives across the organisation.
To find out more view the position description on our job ad at cafs.org.au About you You are a contemporary leader with demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplined teams within a fast passed medium-large organisation.
The role will be well suited to someone who has had experience overseeing multi-disciplined teams with demonstrated experience in to leading projects and change management activities.
The successful candidate will also have demonstrated generalist management experience balancing a role with both strategic and operational objectives.
You will be a people focused leader, with a strong focus on building team capabilities with a keen eye on performance, targets and deliverables.
You will thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, joining our new leadership within the Client Outcomes team.
Our successful candidates will hold the below skills and attributes: Demonstrated Leadership experience  (Mandatory) Relevant Social work Degree, Diploma in Welfare studies, youth work or related qualification  (desired) Qualification in Business and/or Management  (Desired) Demonstrated experience working within the NFP, Community Services sector ( Highly desirable) Strong  and  authentic  interpersonal skills with experience working with a range of clients Alignment to Cafs values of  Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Kindness & Innovation QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Welfare, Psychology or relevant field.
Qualifications in Management, Project Management or Business-related studies also considered, accompanied by relevant experience.
