Be part of something more.A bit about the roleThis role will work in conjunction with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, connecting with the organisation to codesign new innovative and agile business performance practices for achieving continuous improvement.You will be responsible for assisting the organisation in aligning and achieving the strategic vision of council's Wyndham Way approach. You will facilitate, influence and challenge the business to ensure the alignment of work and resources are in line with the priorities of the business. You will lead the development and implementation of the continuous improvement framework for the organisation to deliver services more efficiently and effectively.You will be a key conduit to change management, driving a collaborative approach to business planning and achieving strategic outcomes.
