As General Manager, you will report directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and form part of the senior management team for a National Group providing professional and consulting services to the primary healthcare sector.

With experience in the delivery of high-quality education and training services, you will lead business development, innovative education and training tender submissions, and oversee the development and delivery of training programs.
Your

understanding of contemporary primary healthcare approaches

will be invaluable in expanding the educational value offerings across diverse healthcare landscapes as well as forging key strategic partnerships with a range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders nationally.

With the ability to operate strategically and hands-on, you will lead and build an empowered, high-performing team as well as develop BAU and growth strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

Your senior executive background,

coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the primary healthcare landscape, education innovation, and a successful track record in business development will define your expertise .
Your commercial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional communication and written skills will ensure success in this role.
An MBA or Master's qualification in a relevant health field is highly valued.
