Key artefacts within the AMS include DTP's:Asset Management PolicyAsset Management StrategyAsset Management FrameworkAsset Management technical capability and trainingAsset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) Assurance ProgramAMAF is a mandatory, non-prescriptive framework by the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) for managing public assets in Victoria, that aligns with ISO 55000. The role's AMAF Assurance Program activities include:Lead creating and maintaining AMAF Assurance processes and documentationPlanning, co-ordinating and reporting the Level 1 AMAF Assurance resultsSupport Level 2 AMAF Assurance and support Level 3 AMAF AssuranceSupport co-ordination of the AMAF Assurance compliance resultsPreparation and presentation of papers at DTP Leadership and other committeesAsset Management Improvement ProgramUsing the results from the AMAF Assurance Program, the Manager is responsible for contributing to the development of the Asset Management Improvement Program to drive a culture of continuous improvement.Activities under this program include planning, co-ordinating and reporting on centralised improvement plans across selected DTP Divisions and MTIA.Asset Management Policy, Strategy and Framework ImplementationStrategic Asset ManagementAsset Management Accountability Framework AssuranceAsset Management Improvement ProgramKey Selection CriteriaThe DTP is seeking a leader skilled in asset management, driving optimal outcomes while ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
