DVE Business Solutions is looking for a Management Consultant – Digital Transformation, with specific expertise in the implementation of student management systems within higher education.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement a seamless system for managing student placements across various universities across Australia.
You will be working and collaborating with team members and the management team to work with clients in determining system and configuration requirements enabling you to spot opportunities and provide tailored solutions to create customisations to our DVE product, CPMS (Clinical Placement Management System) to implement for our clients.
As part of your role, you will combine your expertise in systems and higher education technology solutions with your ability to spot opportunities to drive business growth and establish long-term relationships with clients.
You will also ensure the successful implementation of the system and manage necessary changes to ensure a smooth transition and provide training and support to staff and students on the use of the system.
You will also work directly with technology partners to implement software at Universities across Australia.
This is a flexible role, based in Adelaide which may require reasonable travel to clients.
Projects will cover the following service areas: System Implementation Organisational Improvement Business Process Improvement Change Management Automation and systemisation for improvement including requirements analysis and system implementation.
Systems: Curriculum Management, Service Now, Credit Management, Service Management, Placement Management.
Your role will involve: Delivering plans, solutions and recommendations to client teams with a client-focused mindset.
Proactively managing client relationships to identify new business opportunities, add value, and maintain existing clients.
Identifying and delivering innovative best practice process solutions that are effective in the education industry.
Working across multiple projects and liaising with client stakeholders, technical teams and vendors throughout the project.
Developing a deep understanding of key partner products i.e., Global IT Factory Curriculum Management to enable teams to deliver effectively to meet client outcomes.
Develop training plans and knowledge base specific to our and our vendors products.
Work with and manage technology vendors both offshore and onshore to implement systems for our clients.
Consulting directly with client teams and developing solutions to achieve client outcomes.
Experience building plans and dashboards and systems to track project delivery and internal team performance.
You must have: Demonstrated team leadership experience.
Specific proven experience in the implementation of Clinical Placement Management Systems within higher education.
Consulting capability and business development experience.
Strong consultative capability, and business development experience to offer customised solutions to meet client needs.
In-depth knowledge of higher education technology solutions, including student management systems, curriculum management tools, learning management systems, and related software.
Demonstrates proficiency in effective negotiation and securing successful outcomes.
Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Experience Vendor Management (Onshore and offshore vendors).
Familiarity with a variety of modules including student and placement information, facilities and supervisors, accommodation, workshops/activities, student rostering, reporting, and student portal.
A successful track-record as a team player, working well individually and as part of a collaborative professional services team.
The following experience will be highly regarded: Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Multilingual, ideally conversational in Filipino/Tagalog.
Provision of advice and other recommendations to clients in a consulting capacity and being client-centric, with a passion for engaging with key clients.
Experience working within the Education sector.
Education system experience including placement management, student management, curriculum management, process improvement and change management.
Project & program management in line with waterfall methods of project management e.g., PRINCE2.
Some experience within an AGILE development environment.
