The Agostino Group is a 100% South Australian owned company with its head office based in Adelaide.
We own and operate a number of AMPM Petrol and Convenience stores across South Australia in addition to multiple QSR's including Carl's Jr. and Subway.
QSR Trading; a division of Agostino Group, is currently seeking to appoint a number of Shift Supervisors to join our teams across the northern region of Adelaide for our Carl's Jr. brand.
The Role:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play an integral part in supporting and overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant.
Each day will deliver you something different, but your objective will always be the same; to deliver fast, friendly and profitable guest service in a safe and clean restaurant which consistently provides Super Star Service.
Some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Training.
Supervising.
Directing staff.
Making decisions during shifts on employee matters and rostering needs.
Driving company programs and policies to better engage and support co-workers and direct reports.
Cash register operation.
Food preparation.

The position will require you to work over a 7-day roster being available for days, evenings, and nights.
About You:

Ideally, you will have experience from the Q.S.R, hospitality, and/or retail industries with some previous experience in staff management/leadership roles.
You will possess excellent communication skills with strong conflict resolution experience, demonstrating an ability to delegate effectively.
Proven experience in managing competing tasks while being a natural leader who can think on their feet will provide you the skills necessary to be successful.
