We are currently seeking an experienced and proven Management Assistant to provide high level confidential administrative support to the Head of Portfolio Valuation and the EM of CTP Qld & ACT as well as the broader team within their structures. This role is responsible for the co-ordination and management of all administrative functions such as diary management, email monitoring and prioritisation, travel and other tasks as required for the two Business Leader's teams and the greater CTP team. Involved with the coordinating functions/events, cyclical operational activities and identifying tasks to action to assist in the overall smooth operational running of the teams.
What you'll do: Assist the Head of Portfolio Valuation and Executive Manager CTP Qld & ACT (and their teams as required).Coordinate all meetings on behalf of the Business Leaders including arranging rooms, video conferencing and catering where necessary.Prioritise the Business Leaders emails as appropriate, alert Business Leaders of all urgent emails, delegate appropriately or action on their behalf where appropriate.Diarise action items as required for the Business Leaders.Administrative support as requested (e.g., maintaining OPS, recruitment support, distribution lists, travel and accommodation arrangements etc).Responsible for the processing of accounts payable and VISA reconciliations in accordance with established Suncorp policies and guidelines.Undertake specific projects under delegation from the two Business Leaders which are focused on the achievement of operational goals. These may include Group/C&PI projects where you will support all of CTP.What you'll bring: Intermediate to advanced level of use with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Experience, flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, supporting senior managers and their teams.High level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work from several different directions and manage workflow proactively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including an ability to communicate complex issues in concise and simple terms to a large range of audiences, with confidence and in appropriate formats.Excellent attention to detail.Display and work with a sense of urgency.Proven ability to liaise effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of management, staff and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues.Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in support of the immediate and greater teams.Works effectively in diverse and flexible teams, valuing different views and experience and encourages others to participateWhat we can offer you Suncorp's employee benefits are designed to support, empower and reward our people.
