You'll be the heart of our financial operations working with the Directors in this hands-on role. The Directors are open to considering flexibility for the right candidate, and you will be joining a team with a great culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOffer insights and recommendations on potential business opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiativesPrepare and deliver regular financial performance reports and budgets to the DirectorsAccounts Payable/ReceivableReconciliationsPayrollEnd-of-month reporting and journalsProfit and Loss StatementsTax complianceAnalysis and ReportingChasing debtorsStock managementOther ad hoc tasks as directed by the DirectorsWhat You'll Need to SucceedThis role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Degree in Accounting, Business, or similar, CA/CPA and 5+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role. We are seeking someone who is a team player but can work autonomously. As the business grows, there will be a need to move to a new accounting system, and there is a need for someone with sound system knowledge.
