Duties include:
Conducting timely investigations into equipment breakdowns as directed, identifying cause of failure, and providing recommendations and conducting repairs. Escalating and reporting major breakdowns or identifing risks to the Senior Maintenance Technician, communicating with other key stakeholders and co-ordinating repairs works with internal and external contractors in line with operational requirements as directed. Undertaking Preventative & Planned Maintenance in line with the manufacturers' recommendations Ensuring that operator maintenance is being performed as per procedure and reporting to the Senior Maintenance Technician if any issues are identified. Provide status reports on equipment and outstanding maintenance actions to the Senior Maintenance Technician. Undertake administration tasks as directed using relevant tools and technology such as: mobile ICT devices (including mobile phones, tablets and 2 ways radios). duties and responsibilities : Knowledge of, and experience with, the operations and equipment of a commercial laundry or like industry Demonstrated experience and sound judgment in assessing, prioritising, and undertaking both reactive and preventative maintenance, in a safe, process-compliant, efficient, and customer focused manner with minimal operational disruptions. Good communication, liaison skills, and customer service focus, in the facilitation of works, equipment maintenance, and business continuity with minimal disruption to operations and customers. Qualifications: Driver's licence Class C is essential.
