The position of Maintenance Supervisor Non Trade shall be responsible for the provision of on-site coordination and provision of efficient and effective day to day maintenance services for buildings, plant, equipment, grounds & gardens.
This position shall also be responsible, with the assistance of the Maintenance Manager, to supervise and coordinate Asset Management staff based at this facility and contractors and have the ability to utilise their skills to perform hands on tasks on a daily basis at their level of competency.
