This growing organisation operates within the Facilities Management and Built Environment sector.
Supporting a growth program, this role will oversee a mix of internal teams and contractors undertaking Electrical, Plumbing, Painting / Decorating, Glazier, Carpentry maintenance and minor works activities across multiple residential premises.
Base Criteria

Ideally qualified / have a background in Carpentry and 5 years Building Maintenance and Minor Works supervisory experience within Housing, Aged Care, Defence or Mine Camps.
If you live locally in Newman, you will receive a $20K housing allowance; we are also open to considering FIFO applicants (2&1 Roster - accommodation provided if FIFO).
Outline Duties

Support and manage a small team of direct staff and sub-contractors in the efficient and effective delivery of multiple day-to-day planned maintenance, minor works, or first fix / repairs across a large portfolio in accordance with the #J-18808-Ljbffr
