Supporting a growth program, this role will oversee a mix of internal teams and contractors undertaking Electrical, Plumbing, Painting / Decorating, Glazier, Carpentry maintenance and minor works activities across multiple residential premises.Base CriteriaIdeally qualified / have a background in Carpentry and 5 years Building Maintenance and Minor Works supervisory experience within Housing, Aged Care, Defence or Mine Camps.
