Our maintenance team is responsible for ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks are completed and up to date. This includes hands-on work and limiting the need to engage contractors.
This role is Monday to Friday and will be supported by an experienced General Manager of Property and a Property and Procurement Officer.

Knowledge of aged care industry (desirable)Thorough understanding of all legislative requirements pertaining to maintenance and repairs i.e. OH&S & Fire/EvacuationAbility to perform a wide variety of tasks including use of tools and equipmentWillingness to contribute to after-hours maintenance requirements from time to timeExcellent communication skills and respect for residents and colleaguesPrevious experience working autonomouslyBe able to make decisions about costs and priorities and documenting a full plan for work to be completedIf this sounds like you, then apply to work with our Maintenance team now!
