Maintenance / Pool Technician

Since opening our doors in 1978, the team at Cookes Pools & Spas has proudly built a strong reputation for quality work and dedicated customer service.We are currently looking for a Service Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pool equipment and systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality of serviceJoin an established & well-respected company with a people focused cultureOvertime opportunitiesTraining Provided Responsibilities: Maintain and service pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters systems.Diagnose and repair malfunctions in pool equipment and systems.Replace and repair defective parts and components.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' inquiries and concerns professionally.Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and customer interactions.Inventory management.About You: Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Mechanical or technical aptitude - desirable but not essential. Ability to Learn. Requirements: Valid manual driver's license. The ideal candidate for this role will have a customer-focused attitude, a strong technical background, a commitment to safety, and attention to detail.
