A new challenge in a unique location: We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team on Christmas Island, working on the maintenance, inspections and shutdown activities of our mobile plant.
As a Maintenance Planner: You will be responsible for maintaining the plant register of mechanical mobile plant assets; Delivering the maintenance plan for scheduled and corrective maintenance; Incorporating inspection and lubrication schedules into the maintenance plan; Working closely with Fixed Plant Planner as part of the maintenance and planning team; You will also fulfill the role of Classified Plant Inspector for mobile plant under the WA Mines Safety and Inspection Act. To be Successful in this role: You will have several years' experience maintaining mobile heavy mining equipment; Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling using a computerised maintenance management system such as PRONTO; A detailed understanding of Regulations relating to Classified Plant under the WA Mines Safety and Inspection Act; You will also benefit from a flexible mindset where it comes to planning so you can deftly manoeuvre your way through delays and unforeseen changes whilst you remain calm and still achieve great outcomes.
