Our client, a large manufacturing facility based in Shepparton has an opportunity for a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join their team As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our plant. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the planning and scheduling of maintenance for all plant and equipment Managing the Nuts & Services reliability team to swiftly address breakdowns, identify root causes, execute improvement projects, and enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Managing the overall maintenance budget ensuring value and benefit for expenditure. Providing mentorship and safety leadership to the team Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation at the site Supervising maintenance purchasing activities, with a focus on reducing the cost of spare parts. Leading project management initiatives. Driving technical training efforts. Qualifications: Mechanical Trade Qualification with at least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing (Nutritional Plants & Services is highly desirable) In-depth knowledge of CMMS, inventory management Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives.
