Maintenance ManagerType: Full-TimeResponsibilities:Assist the Business Manager to achieve and exceed operations compliance requirements with WH&S, relevant legislation, licensing and codes of practice in the delivery of maintenance activities.Identify, coordinate and document maintenance activities to ensure continuous site operations and that the site is maintained at a high standard.Maintain the maintenance management system and ensure all purchases are coordinated through the Business Manager in line with finance processes and expectations.Plan and deliver maintenance activities including managing the maintenance team.Maintain sufficient quantities of spare parts to enable efficient response times for repairs.What we Offer:Competitive salaries and benefits packages.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.This role will work closely with the Site Manager and will directly contribute to the efficiency and safety of our operations.RLX is an equal opportunity employer.
