Maintenance Manager

From oil rigs to goldmines and everything in between, Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services. Due to ongoing expansion in our service delivery, we have an opening for an experienced Maintenance Manager, on one of our flagship villages in Central QLD.
A drive in, drive out opportunity, you will work a 9-day fortnight, operating on a 5:2 / 4:3 rotation. This is a one-of-a-kind roster in our facilities maintenance function, and we're ideally looking for someone based in the Bowen Basin: Mackay, Moranbah, Blackwater, Emerald, Rockhampton or Townsville.
The Position Managing a small on-site maintenance team, including an Electrician, Plumber and HVAC Manage the day to day operations of the facility maintenance services Maintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performance Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance Ensuring compliance with asset and maintenance process, practices and procedures The Person Experience in Remote Maintenance Supervisory or Management positions Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teams Prior experience in scheduling and planning complex works over multiple areas in a remote setting Trade qualifications in electrical, plumbing or HVAC disciplines Qualifications in project and asset infrastructure management is also desirable The Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
