Maintenance Manager

We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done, and doing it safely.We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Team on one of our flagship villages in Central QLD. A DIDO position, there is flexibility around a number of roster options for the right candidate. We're ideally looking for someone already based in the Bowen Basin; whether it be Moranbah, Blackwater, Emerald, Mackay, Rockhampton or Townsville.The PositionProviding leadership, management and operational support to our Delta FM Maintenance teamMaintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performanceDriving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performanceFostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovationEnsuring compliance with asset and maintenance process, practices and proceduresStaff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respectThe PersonExperience in Remote Maintenance Supervisory or Management positionsStrong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teamsExperience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing prioritiesExperience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces.Prior experience in scheduling and planning complex works over multiple areas in a remote settingTrade qualifications in the electrical discipline is preferred, but will consider plumbing or HVAC qualified SupervisorsQualifications in project and asset infrastructure management is also desirableThe BenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
