Maintenance Manager

Garraway Group is an earthmoving, civil construction and mining service provider working in the agricultural, resources and construction industries Australia wide.
We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in Mildura.
Workdays are from Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work may apply.
A company vehicle and phone provided.

Join us as a Maintenance Manager and help oversee and optimize our maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Manage and train a team of skilled technicians and workers.
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met with quality results.
Resolve any technical issues and provide solutions in real-time.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance schedules.
Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and implement cost-control strategies.
Adapt and change to drive results aligned with changing conditions.
Successfully manage your workload.
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management within the earth-moving, construction, or heavy equipment industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of earth-moving machinery, safety regulations, and Maintenance management
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Moderate computer literacy.
Knowledge of workshop tools, machinery, and safety standards.
