Site Manager - Commercial Fitout - Salary up to 210k If you would like to join an established team in a family orientated environment and enjoy working on medium - large fit out and refurbishment projects, this role may be for you.
Our client consistently builds landmark commercial projects across the Melbourne CBD.
As the Site Manager , you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including: Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stakeholders Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role: A minimum of 4 years Site Management experience delivering commercial projects with a head contractor Drive and focus for career progression Broad knowledge of OH&S Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines Health project experience a plus Track record of delivering projects $5mil + Proficient in Procore If you have any questions relating to the role or any other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Kade Brakey on or email or click apply.
