Your Role
As a Maintenance/Handyperson you'll be looking after the facility and grounds for the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
Assist with general maintenance of the property, general care and securing of all equipment before leaving the Facility each day.
Manage garbage disposal by ensuring that refuse bins are always properly loaded, positioned for pick up and cleaned after pick up.
Maintain maintenance schedules outlined in the duties list and ensure all scheduled checks are carried out.
Perform driving duties of Ozcare vehicles (as required).
Undertake courier and delivery duties (as required).
Liaising with the gardening team.

Role Requirements
A Certificate III or equivalent experience in a related area and/or a trade qualification in the building industry, e.g. Carpentry/building (desirable).
Be vaccinated against Influenza & have at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
Current Police Screening Certificate
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Demonstrated experience in stock management
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in basic administration
Good computer and mobile device skills
