Working for a growing organisation, we specialise in creating affordable independent living communities for over 50's seeking an active lifestyle.We provide quality, affordable homes in our Lifestyle Estate Communities, containing a wide range of resident recreational facilities.We currently have an opportunity for an exceptional full-time Maintenance/Grounds Officer to join our team. This role involves maintaining the grounds and facilities in our beautiful communities located in the Hunter Valley.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Grounds Officer. The role will involve general maintenance jobs, grounds duties including gardening, outdoor cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, following a regular schedule, and the ability to interact with our residents.Reporting to Community Management, you will assist in our commitment to ensure the facilities are well maintained and the presentation is always excellent. You will take pride in your work and enjoy working in an environment where structure, time-management, pride in your work, and customer service is key.
