Maintenance Electrician

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their team. As a maintenance electrician, you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance and repair of all plant, machinery and equipment. Responsibilities:Locate electrical faults and repair and maintain all electrical componentry of plant, machinery, and equipment.Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.Management of breakdowns.Management of PLC technology.To control electrical parts inventory including parts ordering.Maintain electrical standards to AS3000 and recommend plant, machinery and equipment upgrades as appropriate.Test & Tag Support and maintain compliance with Australian Standards and recommend upgrades as appropriate.Provide training and guidance to apprentices and other junior electricians.Support and maintain compliance with all Food Safety, Quality and WHS policies and practices.About You: A Grade Electrical License (NSW)Current Victorian Driver's License.EWP and Forklift License Preferable.3+ Years of qualified industrial experience.Experience in industrial electrical & automationIf you are highly attentive to detail, have a positive attitude, and can work as part of a productive team, we want to hear from you.
