Maintenance Coordinator

Long term contract with view to go permanentThe CompanyOur client is a leading global manufacturer of engineered industrial products.
The Role As Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day maintenance activities on site.
This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of maintenance operations, coordinating work schedules, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Duties include: Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure safety for all team members and contractors.Coordinate and prioritise maintenance tasks using the CMMS system (MEX).Implement lean principles and cost-saving strategies.Schedule and manage maintenance work in conjunction with operations.Ensure compliance with internal and Australian standards.Identify and schedule improvement opportunities from monthly audits.Quote and order parts, and collaborate with technical teams.Travel to Sydney site once per week.Skills & Experience Mechanical or electrical trade qualification.Demonstrated experience working in an industrial environment.Strong commitment to safe and quality work practices.Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation.Excellent communication and scheduling skills.Experience with CMMS software and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.Benefits Immediate startGreat work culture, a positive environment and a collaborative teamLong term contract with view to go permanent for the right candidateFor More Information For a brief, confidential discussion about this role or your next career move, please contact Izabela on 0431 008 *** or ******
