About the Role In this newly created role, you'll handle a range of tasks including scheduling maintenance jobs, planning resources, developing work breakdown structures, and managing maintenance reporting. You'll ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards, and conduct progress inspections and risk analyses at maintenance sites.
What You'll Do Manage maintenance jobs, purchase orders, work orders and resources – via our current ERP and the new ERP.Organise and schedule resource calendars for maintenance work requirements.Communicate maintenance resource issues to the National Maintenance Manager.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including contractors, farm management, maintenance staff, finance and administration staff.Assist in the implementation of PMO guidelines and coordinate maintenance and construction projects as per the guidelines.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.Visit maintenance sites to undertake progress inspections, Work Health and Safety reviews, risk analysis and related issues.Support National Maintenance Manager with reporting.About You Are you ready to leverage your extensive maintenance experience in an exciting new role?
