Maintenance Coordinator opportunity - Loganholme volume builder! Progressive residential building company - continued career growth Generous salary package on offer based on experienceThe Company Our client is a progressive residential volume home builder and an industry leader in their field. 
The Position Currently they are in the market for a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities will include:
Maintain the Maintenance Department Inbox.Managing incoming calls relating to maintenance.Qualifying, reviewing and responding to maintenance requests Allocation, distribution, and coordination of work order requests to trades and suppliers. Scheduling rectification works with relevant contractors Providing on going status updates to clients and property managers. Following up of trades/suppliers for outstanding maintenance jobs.General data entry and database maintenanceSkills and Experience To be considered we are looking for someone with the following:
