About the role The Machine Operator role is a Full-Time position, based at Darra, QLD .
Reporting to Operations Manager you will be operating the machines in the factory that produces Rooftiles.
Operating multiple machines, fault finding and performing quality control checks Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to 5S Standards in the work area Recording data on quality sheets Conducting oil level checks Resetting and starting tile machines Refilling sand bins as needed, with relevant certifications Assisting in other roles when necessary Ensuring cleanliness of recycle conveyors Performing asset care in accordance with CSR PM Way standards Upholding high standards of housekeeping You will be working the day shift, Monday to Friday 4:00am - 1:30 pm.
What you bring to the role Demonstrated progressive experience in a production or process technical role in a similar industry (warehousing or large manufacturing environment) A strong commitment to safety awareness Willingness to learn and absorb new information and skills Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team What is on offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
