About the Opportunity:

Reporting into the Customer Data Office, the MLOps Engineer will be the technical go-to for everything across this functionality.
You will support the overall team to develop a world-class AI/ML tech stack and Machine Learning Ops capability to ensure we can deliver high-quality research solutions optimally.
Responsibilities include:

Join a continual uplift squad, partnering with other Data SMEs to deliver excellent solutions.

Lead large-scale experiments in the cloud, working closely with our skilled platform team to craft efficient tooling solutions.

Drive the adoption of best practices in MLOps, including version control, testing, continuous integration, DevOps, Data Pipeline, and deployment.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges related to data pipelines, infrastructure, and performance tuning.

Develop and optimize workflows for model training, feature engineering, data ingestion, and preprocessing to enable efficient and reproducible machine learning processes.

Design, implement, and maintain the end-to-end machine learning operational pipeline, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

About You:

You will have designed and executed the build software related frameworks that assist the execution of the data science methodology framework, along with having played a strategic role in driving the adoption of MLOps best practices.
Additionally:

Tertiary qualification in a highly quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning) or equivalent experience.

Excellent programming fundamentals; strong Python essential, but additional language experience highly desirable – SQL, R, Spark, etc.

Strong DevOps experience working with DataBricks, MLflow, Azure DevOps, Terraform.

You have created data APIs with Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar.

Experience with code management and CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps and Terraform.

Experience working in Agile teams (desirable, not mandatory).

Experience working with Cloud Environments such as AWS (desirable, not mandatory).
