Join our independent firm of Chartered Accountants as we expand our services to cater to high-net-worth clients in property development and investment. The role of Bookkeeper is crucial in providing comprehensive support to these clients, working closely with our offshore team and client's PA.
About the Role: Full-time or part-time options available (flexible hours). Core hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with flexibility (1 hour each side). Location: Brisbane City – Hybrid role (3 in office, 2 remote). Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience. Responsibilities: Accounts Payable and Receivable. Collaborating with the offshore team for task management and meeting deadlines. Journal adjustments, end of month processes, and BAS preparation. Supporting multiple business entities and handling queries. Payroll, reconciliations, and invoice management. About You: Extensive bookkeeping experience in professional services. Familiarity with larger accounting firms or managing multiple business entities. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
