Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and build strong rapport with our members.Understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure consistent satisfaction.Show cultural sensitivity and foster meaningful connections with diverse customers.Work flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
Extensive customer service experience.Proven ability to manage relationships effectively.Experience handling difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity issues.Goal-oriented with a strong focus on service satisfaction.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Hotel concierge experience (preferred).Proficiency in Korean or Mandarin (highly desirable).Flexibility to work various rostered shifts.Experience in leading and mentoring a team.Current RSA, RCG, and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming (ARCG) certifications.What We Offer: As a valued employee, you will receive:
