Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Defence Discrepancy Reporting and Disposal Processes of Aeronautical and Non-Aeronautical products within the Romeo TLS program.
The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to):
Discrepancy investigations not limited to FMS billing discrepancies, SDRs, and other general DRs.Stock consolidation in DR/Disposal areas.Pick and process disposals on MILIS.Documentation control.Storage and processing of DG, Shelf life (SL) items in Discrepancy and Disposal.Record data and maintain databases.Liaising with internal and external customers.About You:

To be considered for this opportunity, it is expected you have prior experience in a similar logistics role within the aviation or similarly regulated industry.
Your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced aviation environment will be critical.
To be considered for this position you will have:
Sound knowledge and understanding of Disposal and Discrepancy Processes.Sound experience working with Shelf Life and DG/HAZ items.Knowledge and experience in working with SDS and Chem-alert.Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations.Aviation industry experience with exposure to products, services, and suppliers.Highly Desirable:
