White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.A new opportunity has become available for a logistics administrator to join our rapidly growing team.Key Responsibilities:Provide admin support to all aspects of logistics & supply chain operationsAssist in planning and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring efficient and timely deliveryAssist with shipment consolidation & booking requests to meet business needsEngage in regular communication with suppliers, freight agents & warehouse managersMaintain internal systems & ensure they are kept up to date with the most accurate informationFormulate packing lists & confirm shipped quantities to be shared with the appropriate warehouse teamsAnalyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsRequirementsLogistics background with strong data accuracy skillsHigh level of attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processesComputer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)Outstanding organisational and coordination abilitiesBenefitsAmazing office + close to Green Square stationOnsite GymFun and supportive team culture
