Based in Sydney , reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the profitability of our portfolio and its growth ambitions in the Pacific region. As a Demand Planner , your primary objective will be:
To drive forecast/demand integration Analyse sales forecast vs revenue forecast and identify core gaps Assign root causes for gaps and mitigate them in forecast meetings Evaluate the impact of sales forecast on working capital, on-time delivery service Evaluate forecast accuracy and bias with standard root cause codification Your key mission in this role will be to lead and animate the collaborative process with key participants such as offer management, commercial and finance, and provide the unconstraint forecast to supply planning through a forecast handover cadence. Highlight key changes undertaken between the previous forecast cycle vs the current forecast cycle. You will be supporting key assumptions and changes undertaken in a forecast cycle and addressing it in SIOP.
About you:
You are an Excel guru and passionate about data science. Data Analysis and Interpretation is your strength with strong experience in supply chain in a complex fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will possess the following essential skills and experience:
Experience in Supply Chain (production, purchasing, logistics, planning) Skilled in Statistical Modelling, Planning Certification (IBF certified) Good analytical, statistical, data-processing experience Knowledge of tools: ERP, Forecasting tool (Kinaxis), MS Excel; MS Access, Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Anaplan Working in a cross-functional collaborative environment A Bachelor's degree or above All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for interview.
