A new opportunity has become available for a logistics administrator to join our rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide admin support to all aspects of logistics & supply chain operations Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery Assist with shipment consolidation & booking requests to meet business needs Engage in regular communication with suppliers, freight agents & warehouse managers Maintain internal systems & ensure they are kept up to date with the most accurate information Formulate packing lists & confirm shipped quantities to be shared with the appropriate warehouse teams Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Requirements Logistics background with strong data accuracy skills High level of attention to Detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities Benefits Amazing office + close to Green Square station Onsite Gym Fun and supportive team culture
