Locum role up to 7 months.Tropical Queensland.Open to multiple locums.Client & Location Information Community pharmacy located in a seaside locality on the Capricorn Coast, about 40km north-east of Rockhampton. Work Dates: Monday 13th January 2025 to Friday 27th September 2025. Open to multiple locums, but preference given to locums who can work one month or longer at this time. Roster 38 hours per week, may include Saturday mornings, roster will be provided to the successful locum. Pharmacy opens Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Job Specification: You will be working as a Sole Pharmacist if working on a Saturday and may on occasions during the week. Working alongside 2 dispensary technician using FRED NEXT dispense system for a medium script trade, Rowa robot. Your duties will include dispensing, counselling, medschecks and you will also be required to check some Webster packs (MPS Packs). No methadone is dispensed at this store. If you are accredited to vaccinate this may also form part of your duties. The Store dispenses Cannabis and if experienced you may be required to do this as well. Skills Required : * Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA). * Experience with FRED NXT/FRED dispense preferred but not essential. * Vaccination accredited preferred (flu & COVID), but not essential. * Cannabis exp preferred but not essential. Salary & Benefits: (paid by Ravens). Weekdays $70hr +Super. Saturday $75hr +Super. Public Holidays $100/hr + Super. Travel (flights to Rockhampton, or if wishing to drive a travel allowance may be negotiated ). Accommodation; Yes (Normally self contained unit or AIR BNB).
