Liquor Manager

Champions IGA are an independent local supermarket group with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and product.
We are currently looking to fill a Liquor Manager vacancy in our Maddingley store.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager to become a valued member of our team.
The successful applicant will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Liquor Department including ordering, stock control, rostering, adhering to budgets, staff performance and training.
Experience in a similar role is a requirement, along with the following attributes:

A genuine commitment for leading and inspiring staff
RSA training and current certificate.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Good time management
Be enthusiastic with a great work ethic.
Be reliable and trustworthy.
Ability to ensure proper conditions and standards are met for service in the Liquor department.
Good physical fitness – manual stock handling and lifting is involved.
Ability to work in and manage a fast-paced team environment.
This position is full-time and will include some evening and weekend work on a rotating roster.
