What does the job look like? Linfox's Retail business unit is hiring Transport Shift Managers on a 6-month contract to join our Kemps Creek team, supporting one of Australia's largest retailers. This key role involves leading onsite transport operations, including allocation, route planning, and dispatching for metropolitan deliveries. The roster follows a 3-days on, 2-days off, 2-days on, 3-days off schedule.
You will work a set shift, choosing either : AM Shift : 4 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PMPM Shift : 4 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AMKey areas : Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient truck and driver utilisation.Perform data entry and various administrative tasks.Ensure daily reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Liaise with customers to build an open, effective, and positive relationship.Monitor all driver / transport compliance and safety requirements.Participate and commit to Safety Standards and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements at all times.Are you the one?
