My client is looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Leader who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment and can juggle numerous priorities at once. This organisation is one of the world's most prestigious brands who run their omni-channel Supply Chain out of Sydney.
We are seeking someone who has experience across: Supply Chain Project Management ERP and Network Design Projects Transformational Change mindset and ability to challenge the status quo Skilled with Supply Planning, engaging with International Suppliers Ability to engage with DC team members and also the CEO Business process re-design experience Appreciation for an omni-channel business - Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce Preferred Requirements: Proven experience in Supply Chain within an FMCG and/or Retail environment Passion for people, process and systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Strategic mindset and exceptional influencing skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field What's on offer! $180k-$220k + Super + Bonus + Benefits Joining a market leading growing global brand Opportunity to directly impact the strategy and build the sustainable and scalable Supply Chain of the future! #J-18808-Ljbffr
